Spring Registration DUE February 21st!
Westview Lacrosse welcomes all Boys and Girls in grades 9-12 attending Westview High School or living within the Westview High School Boundaries.
Westview Lacrosse is a COMMUNITY CLUB SPORT.
Requirements

All players must live within the Westview High School attendance boundaries.

All players must have a valid THPRD number to participate. You are required to provide a THPRD # to complete registration. If you do not have one, please contact one of the THPRD rec centers to acquire a number. If you live out of the THPRD district, there is a fee payable to THPRD to acquire this number which must be valid for the upcoming Spring season. See the THPRD page here for more info.

Active USA lacrosse membership is required (the registration system will confirm membership status). https://www.usalacrosse.com/

Required Forms are viewable under the registration tab on the website. They will be submitted with registration.

Parents will coordinate transportation to practices and games for their player.

Registration is not complete until all fees are paid and all paperwork is received and verified.
- Sports participation exams are valid for 2 years and MUST last though the end of May 2026. Here is some information on clinics that provide sports physicals if needed. If done as a well child exam with your primary care provider, there shouldn’t be a cost. Read PhysicalPricing082224.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to the Club Registrar by February 25th. USA Lacrosse membership fees and transaction fees are non-refundable. All refunds will incur a $25 administration fee. Any requests due to extenuating circumstances, received after February 25th, will be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the board. A commitment here is a commitment to play.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance is available through THPRD and our scholarship fund. If you are eligible for the THPRD fund, we ask that you please apply.
Residents whose income falls near or below federal poverty guidelines are eligible to receive up to $300 annually in THPRD scholarships per person in the household.
The first step is to fill out the application from THPRD.
